There are some noises coming out of CD-ROM while reading a disk. Why?

 Ans:

Because the angular velocity of spindle motor is extremely high, the frictional force

between disk and air causes so called " wind shear sound ". It is not harmful to any

 disk, neither of CD-ROM.
